Fourteen days to cancel and get all of your money back. No deduction, and no reason needed. The fourteen days run from the day you bought.
Cancel any time from Settings, then Plan and billing. Pro continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not delete your account.
Pro includes a monthly allowance for the AI features — scoring, letters and rewrites share it. Ordinary heavy use stays inside it. If you reach it, those features pause until the 1st of the month; the editor, export, tracker and calculators keep working. Settings shows what you have left.

- What does Free actually include?
- Scoring, the resume editor, PDF export (one a month), the application tracker and the salary calculators. That is the product, not a trailer.
- What does Pro add?
- The writers (cover, resignation and outreach), the career path map, recruiter search without the Free cap, negotiator scripts, and a higher monthly AI allowance for scoring, letters and rewrites.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Settings, then Plan and billing. You keep Pro until the period you have already paid for ends. We do not charge you again. Cancelling does not delete your account or your content.
- How do refunds work?
- You have 14 days from the day you bought to cancel and get all of your money back. No deduction, and no reason needed. Email support@jobtiv.ai with "Cancel my purchase" in the subject line, or use Manage billing.
- What currency am I charged in?
- Charged in US dollars. Monthly is $19, quarterly is $48 every three months, annual is $168 a year. If you pay with a card issued outside the United States, your bank sets the exchange rate.
- What happens if I reach the AI allowance?
- Scoring, letters and rewrites pause until the 1st of the month. The editor, export, tracker and calculators keep working. Settings shows when you are close.
